Lived at several other communities in this area and this one by far has blown me away when it comes to customer service! The maintenance people are always on time and professional when helping you with any problem! When it comes to the office staff Michael and Brent always go above and beyond good customer service! Example: completely forgot today was the third its closing time and Michael was willing to stay an extra couple minutes so I can turn in my rent. Something as small as that makes a big difference and these guys make sure to take care of not only the little things but big as well! These are not just words I’m typing by great experiences I have witnessed.”

“I lived at Vista Ridge for a little over 3 years, and had a wonderful experience. The location is great & becoming even better, as more restaurants, bars & shops are coming to this area. The staff is very friendly & has experienced very little …More I lived at Vista Ridge for a little over 3 years, and had a wonderful experience. The location is great & becoming even better, as more restaurants, bars & shops are coming to this area. The staff is very friendly & has experienced very little turnover over the years, even with the change in ownership. Maintenance always responds quickly to my needs. In regards to the comments below, I never experienced theft or even heard of it in the time I lived there. Maintenance would often enter my apartment when I was not home & I had iPads, expensive handbags, etc. out in the open with no issues. I can confidentially say this is the best experience I’ve ever had with an apartment home.”

“I absolutely love everything about living at vista ridge. The apartment home, the staffing, the views, the interior of the home. The fireplace. Everything! The front desk guys as well as behind the scene workers are all great! I absolutely recommend these apartments to everyone. I have not one thing negative to say about this community. It’s incredible. Directions from I-10 East. Exit 554 Camp Bullis Rd. Go through the light and we are the first right up the hill; the Vista Ridge leasing office is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Directions from I-10 West. Exit 554 Camp Bullis Rd. Stay in the left lane and take the turnaround. We are the first right. The leasing office is at the end of the cul-de-sac at the top of the hill.
